As soon as we have a 'clear to close' which means title is clear and we can rightly purchase the property, our attorney will schedule a time and date for signing. Upon everyone getting signed around, our attorney will ask you how you'd like to be paid-out directly. Usually, you will receive a same day wire deposit or check.
